A big thank you to BuckCreekBob for bringing the WTC to Florida, also a tahank you to PhilT for driving the car and to the owner Mike for allowing us to run the WTC there.

The very friendly racers at Miracle Mile were not that friendly to out of town cars tonight...  No out of state car made it to second round.  We have a format that makes it totally random who races who in the first round on "Two Bit Tuedays".  Buck had the misfortune of racing "Big Bad Bill" of BAD Racing and Christine who doesn't cut anybody any slack.  Then it was my turn with the WTC car and I had to race Christine's husband who taught her how to kick b..tt.  Charlie NJ then treed me with that .007 light.  Shoot, I might as well red lighted.

The winner, JJ, went home with a Hundred Grand.   Yep, a Hundred Grand candy bar.  Two Bit Tuesdays are a low key, quick evening program that gives us a cheap practice night for Saturday's bracket race.  It costs two bits per round to the track and we bet two bits with the guy we race.  If you win, you take the other guys two bits which made your race free and he goes home four bits poorer.  Tonight we had exactly 32 cars and no bye runs so it took 5 rounds for JJ to win his choice of a Hundred Grand candy bar or a Moonpie.  JJ's just not a Moonpie kinda guy...

I am typing this on my phone so forgive the typos.  Tonite was a lot of fun. First let me say that Miracle Mile is one excellent facility. Great tracks and a well stocked parts department. My bank account will be happy I do not live close to the track.  From the moment I walked in the door I felt right at home.  All of the racers and the owner were very helpful and a lot of fun to be around.  The two bit Tuesday race was very interesting and I hope to make it back and try it again.  If you get to central Florida make a stop at this track and see for yourself.  Phil ran the WTC car but got beat by a good driver.  Phil did a very good job seeding the racers randomly and i was impressed with his system.  I lost both my cars in the first round but walked out when the races were over grinning from ear to ear with a lot of new friends, a box full of new parts, and great memories.  Thanks to everyone at Miracle Mile
